Shingle Roof Replacement

Scope of Work:

  • Removal of existing roofing material, about 440,000 sq. ft.

  • Removal and replacement of damaged wood and fire rated roof decking.

  • Installation of new roof system: GAF Timberline shingles, roof felt, ice shield membrane, roof venting, sidewall flashings.

  • Installation of GAF Liberty SBS low slope roof system.

  • Replacement of chimney chase caps, gutters, and leaders.

  • GAF Golden Pledge Warranty.
