Metal Roof Replacement

Scope of Work:

  • Installation of scaffold system around the eight story building.

  • Removal of existing metal roof.

  • Installation of High Temperature peal and stick underlayment over existing roof decking.

  • Installation of Englert Series 1300 System: 0.032" aluminum, mechanically seamed panels.
