Siding Replacement with Foam Reinforced Vinyl

Scope of Work:

  • Removal of existing cedar siding, about 160,000 sq. ft.

  • Installation of Tyvek House Wrap, Vycor window and door flashing.

  • Wrapping rakes, fascia and trim with PVC coated aluminum coil.

  • Installation of Royal DuraPlank 0,054" thickness foam reinforced vinyl siding and all associated siding accessories.

  • Replacement of chimney chase caps, gutters, and leaders.

  • Replacement of bay window trims with Azek PVC trims and sheets.

  • Royal Building Products Lifetime Warranty against material defect.
